Laity Onboarding Session
An onboarding session for lay leaders providing a safe space for open and honest discussion with a certified onboarding facilitator. During the session, participants share their hopes, concerns, and insights about the new leadership. The facilitator guides the group through tailored questions addressing the church’s identity, sensitive issues, and their personal knowledge or aspirations. After the initial conversation, the facilitator meets privately with the new leader to clarify any potential concerns. The leader then rejoins the group, while the facilitator observes from the back, fostering an open environment for give-and-take among all participants.
