Cozy Comforting Friends

At Henderson United Methodist Church, you’ll notice cuddly little stuffed animals tucked into our pews. These soft friends worship right alongside us—hearing the Scriptures read, prayers prayed, hymns sung, and sermons preached. Each one has been wrapped in love and is meant to be shared with others in that same spirit. Whether taken home for comfort, given to a child, or passed on to someone in need of hope, these stuffed animals are a simple but meaningful gift—a reminder that God’s love is always with us, soft, strong, and ready to be shared.
